The Congregation Beth Sholom Irving Shaken Library seeks to provide congregants with research, educational, and recreational material which promotes the study of Judaism and general topics of Jewish interest and includes current adult fiction and non-fiction. The Children’s and Young Adult collections emphasize holidays, Bible stories, and juvenile fiction.
The Library offers a pleasant atmosphere conducive to reading and learning for browsers, readers, and borrowers.
The Library is accredited by the Synagogue, School and Community Centers Division of the Association of Jewish Libraries.
Hours:
Shabbat from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Please call the synagogue office for access outside of published Library Hours.
