Tzipporei Shalom
Tzipporei Shalom, Beth Sholom's vibrant, award-winning children's chorus, is open to children in grades 1-6 from the entire Bergen County community! Founded in 1998, the choir traditionally meets on Shabbat mornings from 10-10:30am and is directed by its founders Adina Avery-Grossman and Cantor Ronit Wolff Hanan. Children master basic music theory and choral singing skills while learning a diverse repertoire of songs in English, Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino, Zulu and more, performing at synagogue and community events throughout the year. In 2020 the choir pivoted, introducing Tzipporei Shalom at Home - a virtual choral session meeting on Saturday evenings. Tzipporei Shalom happily meets and sings in person, once again!
