Please join us for a conversation with Dr. Arielle Silverman, author of Just Human: The Quest of Disability Wisdom, Respect and Inclusion. Born without sight, she realized that many people saw her as helpless or limited -- they didn't see her as just human with the same capacities and desires as other people.
Dr. Silverman speaks personally and professionally about the experience of blindness, and the intersecting identities of Jewishness and blindness.
