Karpas is so much more than some parsley and boiled potatoes!

Amram Gaon, of 9^th century fame, includes karpasa (in Aramaic, no less!) in the oldest record of the tradition of eating a vegetable at the Seder.

Together, we will look at expanding the notion of Karpas, both as vegetables and dips, into the centerpiece of you Seder. Let the storytelling, and feasting, begin!
