Salad Nicoise with homemade Mustard Vinagrette
Blueberry Crumb Bars

Ingredients:
For the Salad Nicoise:
Lettuce
Eggs
String Beans
Olives (dalmatia or any type you have at home)
Small red potatoes
Can of Tuna or Salmon
Dijion Mustard
Oiive Oil
Garlic
Red wine or white wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper

For the Blueberry Crumb Bars:
3 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 egg
1 cup cold margarine or butter

4 cups Blueberries
1/2 cup Sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
